We are an affiliate of Smart Water Box and may earn a commission when visitors purchase products through links on our site. This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through gridfreewater.com and any related communications.

2. Information We Collect

When you visit our site, certain information is collected automatically: IP address and general geographic location, browser type and version, device type, pages visited and time spent, referring URL, and date and time of your visit.

We use the Meta Pixel on our website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel may collect pages you viewed, actions you took such as clicking affiliate links, and information about your browser and device. This data is shared with Meta and subject to Meta's Privacy Policy. You can opt out via Facebook Ad Preferences.

If you contact us via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content solely to respond to your inquiry.

When you click links and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Our site contains links to third-party websites including the Smart Water Box sales page hosted on ClickBank. Once you leave our site, this Privacy Policy no longer applies.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers such as Netlify for web hosting and Meta for advertising tools, when required by law or court order, or to protect the rights or safety of GridFreeWater.com or its users.

6b. Contact Form & Formspree

Our contact form is powered by Formspree, Inc. When you submit the form, your name, email, topic, and message are transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to us by email. Formspree does not sell your data and is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and CCPA/GDPR compliant. View their policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. We retain contact form submissions for no longer than 12 months.

7. Data Retention

We retain automatically collected analytics data for up to 26 months. If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence for up to 2 years unless you request deletion sooner.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, opt out of interest-based advertising, and for California residents, the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information). 9. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
